I’m encountering the following error when trying to create or execute an Agentic AI process in UiPath:
Failed to search for resources: "Service: resourcecatalog not found in Organization: 3e6a1d9d-0e0e-48dd-bef0 Tenant: 50117aff-27e7-4f5a-a443
Could anyone help with this!
check that the resource catalog exists in your tenant and organization, and that your robot has permission to access it. verify tenant and org IDs are correct. if issue continues, contact UiPath support.

I checked in orchestrator, all seems to be fine

This error means the Resource Catalog service, which is required for Agentic AI, is missing or inaccessible in your UiPath tenant.
Causes:
The service isn’t installed or enabled for your organization.
Your user account or robot lacks the necessary permissions to access it.
An issue with an on-premise installation or a recent upgrade.
How to Fix:
Admin Action: Your administrator must ensure the Resource Catalog service is deployed and enabled for your tenant.
Permissions: The admin needs to grant your user account the correct permissions to access the service.
On-Premise Users: Admins may need to run specific installation or migration scripts for the Resource Catalog.
Cloud Users: If the service is missing, contact UiPath Support to have it enabled for your tenant
