Hi @Juan_Carlos_Burbano_Saave

Due to the software updation,Sometimes the Variables and arguments will disappear.
Check the Variables and arguments initialiazation,Properties and their Passage

Hope it helps!!

I got the same issue. Can anyone help to provide some ideas to resolve it?

1.Check the workflow logic for any points where you’re accessing variables, arguments, or properties. Make sure that you have proper checks for null values before using them.

or

2.If the problematic activity was added or modified during the update, try recreating the activity from scratch to ensure that it’s properly initialized
