Add a column data with another column

Hai,
In excel sheet i have datas

Like see this image one column is orgin and another column is price
Now want we do in automation there is orgin column usa, France Italy Mexico
For usa i need to take all the price amount and make it another column total amount of usa it will be + and - values also there
Same wise France and Italy and Mexico

In usa i need to take usa price values only
Same thing respectively to other orgin also
How can we achieve this explain???
