I’m looking for a method to quote the body of the previous mail while replying to someone’s mail. Any ideas ?

I want to use Monitor event activity to check for an email with a particular subject, So, when a new mail is found in the inbox , the bot has to do a set of activities.Can anyone please tell me on how to use Monitor event with Outlook.
