Can someone guide me on how to add documents to the Action Center for users to classify ?

You can use the Document Classification Action Activity:

Activities - Create Document Classification Action

This will create a classification action.

I would suggest to g through below playlist on youtube(2nd video is exactly regarding what you want to understand). Step by step everything is explained there, you might find this helpful:

Also, @T0Bi suggested too, using DU template provided by UiPath would be very helpful if you use this a base to create any project related to DU.

Thanks for your quick replies.

Actually I’m only asking for how to upload a file, say an invoice, to the Action Center so the users can view it. I’m not asking for the Document Classification process.

So, i had used the Create Form Task activity and designed to pass the Fields extracted from contracts using Regex and put it as Collections to the task form to display and added few controls in form of radio buttons to fetch the Human response.
