This is the dedicated space where the magic of your AI-powered automations comes to life in front of the UiPath Community!
Whether you’ve built your project solo or as part of a team, this is your stage to showcase your creativity, initiative, and technical brilliance. We’re here to celebrate the bold ideas, clever solutions, and the impact you’ve created using UiPath and AI.
What to share here:
A short overview of your project
Your solution’s key features or highlights
Screenshots, videos, or a link to your demo (if available)
A bit about your team (or yourself!) and what inspired the idea
This isn’t just about competing, it’s about inspiring others, sparking conversations, and contributing to a shared vision of what’s possible when automation meets imagination.
So go ahead, tell your story, share your work, and connect with fellow builders and enthusiasts. We’re excited to discover what you’ve created!
Important Dates to Remember:
• April 30 : Registrations open
• July 7 : Last day to register and submit a functional demo
• July 25 : Selected finalist teams and individuals are notified
• August 5 : Live finale
• August 11 : Winners’ announcement
Post it on the Forum (this is the only way it counts).
Include:
A short description of your project
Supporting files (code, video, diagrams, etc.) ; see exactly what fields you have there and upload or offer links to as many documents as possible if they can help us evaluate the solution.
Include your completed presentation deck (template linked here). You can upload your presentation deck to your own preferred storage (e.g., Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox) and simply share the link with us in the “Other resources” section of the submission form. Just make sure the sharing settings allow access so the jury can view it.
Related to Code Submission: There’s no strict platform requirement. You can upload your code (e.g., as a .zip file, GitHub repo, or cloud drive folder) and simply share the link in the designated area in the submission form. The format is flexible—just make sure the reviewers can access and download the content.
Is there anyway to update links after the submission has gone live? The link the the video demo we used does not work with UiPath’s forum because we used a dropbox video link.
We would like to update the link to pull the video from our OneDrive instead.
