It would be nice to have a window to manage all the breakpoints. From this window it should be possible to enable and disable breakpoints. Just like in Intellij Idea

It would be nice to have a TODO Tasks windows like in IntelliJ where one can follow up on the TODO and FIXME tasks in the projects. It can filter out all the annonations where TODO and FIXME are used
