Are you trying to open 2019.8.0 workflow in 2019.4.4? If so, it might not work due to incompatibility of new workflows with older version of Studio. We do support automatic conversion of older workflows in new versions, but the other way around is tricky and not supported.
This comes from the fact that the old Studio simply doesn’t ‘understand’ new features.
