how will this work with the queue items? i am trying to retrieve the item from the orchestrator queue. am i correct to say that the above activity will grab when the process is running?

@redanime94 In the modern design users are assigned and no robots specifically So you need to use users endpoint to get all the users And also ig you do a get queue items then even in the queue items response you will have the user details which were used Hope this helps https://docs.uipath.com…

Hi @Anil_G - thanks for that. I tried to retrieve the user/robot detail via the queue item but couldn’t find a suitable option. And if there is no robot name and instead user info is saved, how do I do it? If via swagger API, how do I install it?

There is no installation required

<OrchestratorURL>/swagger/index.html will give the swagger ui to check
