sorry ,actually have added row 3 empty in my excel so its is shownig String was not recognized as valid datetime
I tried the same and its working fine for me. May be issue with reading it from excel I guess.
i just closed studio and reopened it and it started working … 
Ya sometimes it happens, small issue doesn’t work but restarting studio fixes that.
