As the Rest API is a wrapper around an existing Oracle API, the authentication is pre-handled at the server side.
Even when the ping-pong chat is continuing, we see small steps progress.
About the issue we suggest the following:
- take a note of the used HTTPClientHandler as an option for further finetuning
- cross-check constantly with POSTMAN in parallel
- it PM is working check any Certificate / SSL Details
- get in touch with the IT Team, controlling the remote Certificates
