Hello, you can use Read Range Activity on each sheet and if the datatable has no rows you can delete it.

Just in case anyone else comes upon this question, an easier way to do this is to just use the invoke code activity and use VB.NET to remove it. You’ll need to add the Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel reference if you don’t already have it.
