Acknowledgement: I (Dealer Service Manager) consent on the following.
- Our dealer use the One Day Password obtained by this application form ONLY for purpose of
reprogramming the stereo camera, which is announced by IMIT TSI number 2111-01.
- Our dealer thoroughly confirm the original Parts No. of the stereo camera and check if affected one.
And we understand that if this modification is performed on other models than affected and/or modified
with wrong stereo camera Parts No., unexpected incidents may happen.
- Our dealer strictly follow the modification procedure which is announced by IUA Service Bulletin
S2021-17 including an explanation to a customer by using the leaflet and inserting it into the customer
owner’s manual.
