Change Management is fine, but Documentation? especially after the Production Go-live? Do solution architects do that?
I am surprised at the documentation :D I was expecting it to be left for the developer, but maybe the SA is only strating it off and validating it at the end ?

did you customize your ref ? or was it enough the standard reframework ?
In our company, we have customized the configuration file is not in the code but in a shared folder.
In our company we dont use assets and queues very much. So we comment everything about queue and assets in the Reframework Template  and we work with the rest

How do you guys deal with docs for process that we will divide in n subprocess (RPAs). Specially when using Automation Hub to allocation Automation idea. 
   Put all process information in a single PDD, SSD etc or write for each subprocess and divide process in Automation Hub in others subprocess?

technically it is possible Nora. Only if the solution architect is able to speak with the process owner in a non technical way. But as Lahiru and Benzi said, the more the solution architect takes other roles (like BA or DEV), the less he can focus on his main skills so it's not recommended
