Yearly Report -assignment 2 - unable to trigger a Condition in State Process

hi Guys,
I am trying to implement a logic where in the “Process Trasaction” STATE when TransactionNumber is assigned as zero I am trying to pass the exection to “End Process” STATE .

For that I have created the below condition. But it still fails to trigger that condition when TransactionNumber is Zero :frowning:
