After the recent update of UiPath, the xaml file format has changed. How to get back the xaml file format.

A. Manually open .xaml Files with UiPath

  1. Right-click on Main.xaml → Click “Open With” → “Choose another app”.
  2. Scroll down and select “More apps”, then click “Look for another app on this PC”.
  3. Navigate to your UiPath installation folder (usually located at C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\UiPath).
  4. Select UiPath Studio.exe and click Open.
  5. Check “Always use this app to open .xaml files” and confirm.
