Wrong screen shot is sent through email when running the process from the orchestrator

Hi

I have a process that takes a screen shot and then save the image a relative path, The image is then sent through email using the HTML Code.

when running the process from Uipath direclty it works fine, but when i run it from the orchestrator the image is always the same with same date and time and the machine gets disconnected.

Are you using the Community Edition? It might be that you are trying to automate an unattended scenario which is not completely supported on the Community Edition.

The question is whether the target machine is supposed to run unattended. Development robot can do that, but the way the robot service works for the Community Edition installation does not allow it (for several reasons). So if you are trying to do something on a locked user session on the target machine through Orchestrator, it might fail as in your case.

I know have a licenses and it is development robot , but still get the screen shot as the old one before publishing the process in uipath
