I tried to access the The Document Understanding Process template in Studio (v2024.10) for the Automation Developer - Specialized AI Professional Training (v2024.10).
When I click to resume the course it redirects me to the
Build a Document Understanding automation in Studio (v2024.10).
I contacted support and they told me that everything was fine except its not the case because i tried multiple time with different account and browser and the result is the same.

Yes, So the page is redirected to a course in the Associated Certification. You can see the title of the course is different. I found out that I had already done that course previously.
I thought this was the course, but while doing the assessment I found out there was some question about the Document Understanding template and I see in the certification requirement that there’s a need to understand DU Template, but the course is not the right one because it does not explain the DU template. I’m not sure where I can learn about the this template in order to be prepared for the certification.
@Charles13 This course has Document understanding Framework (template) scroll down and go to the Document understanding Framework section as seen in ScreenShot in this section you will get to learn about the DU template in detail.
