This is a bug report.
In UiPath.Excel.Activities pckage 3.1.1-3.2.1, WriteCSV activity does not add quote even though “should quote” property is ON. It causes broken csv if it has special character of csv such as linebreak etc.

@Yoichi please retest with Excel 3.3.0-preview, we fixed it.
We will release a GA 3.3.1 next week.
