Write the data in data table to one row

Dear all,

I have the excel file like in the image.

I want to create the result file to one row like this

Any idea on this case. Please help me some idea. Thanks all

Hi @kiddervn ,
You can see the attached workflow for your situation.
There is a restriction on column names so you cannot use the same name again. I modified the name of the columns by adding the row index so I could test the flow.(eg: Name,Value,Name1,Value1,Name2,Value2…etc).
