Write it into excel with proper separation between data

Hi,
I am scrapping a data from screenshot PDF and generate dataTable of it to write it into excel.But after screenscraping i am getting it in correct format so I am unable to write it into Excel. Please find the screenshot and help how can i achieve this.

Can you Data Scrapping that will give you proper format I think.

I tried all the format but still its giving such datatable. because its a scanned pdf of which screenshot has been taken so it is giving such tabular view.
