"Write Cell" in Excel Scope is failing

“Write Cell” is working fine till a specific cell and it’s failing showing below error message:

Excel Application Scope: Type mismatch. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80020005 (DISP_E_TYPEMISMATCH))

your excel is able to open or not?

if excel application scope is not working just try with workbook activity

As @Sudharsan_Ka mentioned, try to use a workbook activity, it doesn’t need an MS excel application.
Also sure about the excel file being closed.
