Working while in Remote Desktop

Hello everyone,

Thanks in advance for your support.

Only on some remote machines (not all), interacting with a specific software, the Unattended BOT goes into error until I connect remotely, then it starts working normally. No problems while testing.

It also happens that the zoom of the interface, not the resolution, is different from the default.

Has anyone had this problem and found a solution?

Thanks a lot @seanrockvz13 for explaining to me about many things. After checking the whole system setting again . I have come to know that the path is installed with the Robot type as User Mode in the non-working VM . After the reinstallation is done with the robot type as Service Mode the VM is working fine. 1. Check if the robot is installed in service mode
2. Check if the machine is logged out before running robot…leaving or disconnecting machine also can cause issue
3. Check the event viewer logs to check and different behaviour or error
