There are scenarios where the user's workflow using Outlook activities works on Studio but not on Orchestrator. The following are a series of initial follow up questions that can be used for further investigating why the issue is occuring.
- Is the Studio execution happening on the same machine where this issue is observed when being run from Orchestrator?
- On the machine where the issue occurs when run from Orchestrator, is the same behavior being observed when executed from the Robot tray as well?
- Is an user email account being provided on the properties of the mail activity? If possible, could you share a screenshot of the activity properties as well for reference?
- If in case the Studio and Robot are present in different machines, are there differences in terms of Office / Outlook versions between these machines?
