Workflow Outlook Activity Works On Studio But Does Not Work On Orchestrator Initial Questions

There are scenarios where the user's workflow using Outlook activities works on Studio but not on Orchestrator. The following are a series of initial follow up questions that can be used for further investigating why the issue is occuring.

  1. Is the Studio execution happening on the same machine where this issue is observed when being run from Orchestrator?
  1. On the machine where the issue occurs when run from Orchestrator, is the same behavior being observed when executed from the Robot tray as well?
  1. Is an user email account being provided on the properties of the mail activity? If possible, could you share a screenshot of the activity properties as well for reference?
  1. If in case the Studio and Robot are present in different machines, are there differences in terms of Office / Outlook versions between these machines?
