If possible you can share the excel file, so that we can check

Bro, first please check whether targeted excel file is able to open manually or not, sometimes excel file might broke and people can’t able to recognize it. people think that is activity problem but the reality is that the file was broken.

I got this error when i was working with ods files (open document spreadsheet) if your also working with the same you can check the file extension and install the required package
