Word templates are not opening in UAT robot machines for office365

Hi team,

We have upgraded our robot machines office 2019 to office 365. Our bots were able to open templates in office 2019 before upgrade and after the upgrade in Dev machines it is working but in UAT machines those templates are not working. We open these templates from client application. We did checked all the permissions but still no solution.

Can someone have any idea why this could be happening.

What is the error that you are getting?

Is the files saved in unrestricted mode.?

First after the installation did you provide the details also as first time it would ask for sign in info.

If first is good then let us know the error
