Hi everybody,
I have a really strange situation running a robot on a VM. I have a robot that uses Word activities and the word scope is not able to open the app if triggered from orchestrator. if i start it manually from assistant it works.
I also implemented steps to open word by start process (same result) and opening app (same result).
I also did a repair word from VM and used different package versions for Word.Activities.
Can somebody help me on this please?

Yes i have it as a background process.

Please do check the below documentation :
You might need to disable the Background Process in Project Settings and check if your process works fine to prove this is the fault.

The weird this is that if i start the same background process from assistant it works :))).
