Word document does not download

Hi Everyone,

I need to download a document from sales force. Sometimes when robot runs a pop up says document could not be downloaded and the file is empty without any content. Again after some it is getting downloaded successfully.

Not sure what settings need to change. Could you please key in your suggestions

It looks like a problem with sales force.
