Word Application Scope - Saving

So I have contracts to create and I have word templates set out for the different contracts
I have a csv containing employee data including contract required

Load the csv to data table
For Each Row
word app scope
replace all the text I want to replace
Save As Employee name + contract type
Exit

Heres the issue the Word App Scope saves over the template

One simple way is -

First copy (duplicate) the required template and then open the duplicate copy with word scope and save as employee name + contract type.
