hello , I’m facing one problem while using word activity, replace text in document

this is the error message: -
Replace Text in Document: The message filter indicated that the application is busy. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8001010A (RPC_E_SERVERCALL_RETRYLATER))

anyone have any idea about it, how to resolve it?

Have you tried to close all word application instances or tried to kill the word process at the start?

yes, I have closed all word applications at the time of running my bot, but still, it shows me this error.

If the robot / your server has other users using the same file in their session, then you may get this error as well.

You can check this in the Task Manger → Users and check if the word.exe is active in other users.

It could also be because of a modal pop-up waiting for user input. Password restricted / Opened by other user etc.
