Hi…I am newbie and trying to get hold of it. However, I am having issues with Windows 10. I downloaded community version and trial version on two different PCs but for some reason. When I start recording simple desktop, all I can do is to click start button in windows, after that it doesn’t allow me to open any app like excel or notepad etc.

I tried it in two different PCs, but no luck. However both PCs are with Win 10

hi @rsehgal while recording desktop you have to use desktop recording
