Why when I copy data and paste it, the data format always changes?

I copy a data with a format like an image.

But when I paste it in a new excel file, the data keeps changing (as shown in the picture).

Can anyone help me? How can I copy some data, the format doesn’t change?

When you paste, you can see few options : try to only paste (1st option), instead of paste formulas or values or any other
image
