Why this outlook mail message not able to read subjects using lower versions 2018.2,2.3, 2.4

As I wrote here:

Uipath 2.3 supports get outlook mail message to read?

Will uipath 2018.2.3, 2.4 supports get outlook activity? The same thing works in 2019.4 and above versions? Can someone know what might be issue?

I strongly not recommend to use these version of Studio.
