Why the local variable that is predefined is not showing on tool,if used further prompting as row-is not defined,thanks for any reply

Hi bro,its not at all showing the local variable ““row()””"
prompting like cannot be accessed due to some protection policy.please let me know if i need to update or download any other packages.Thank you.
