I have created robot using online portal and after adding robot it is showing disconnected status even after connecting successfully in orchestrator configuration.
can somebody throw light on it
Check whether the robot connected with correct machine key.
i have checked its the same
Try to restart your robot service
Make sure the username is same as the one you get when you run the command whoami in command prompt
It was not connected to any environment, after tagging with some environment, it was fine.
As per the screenshot above, it is assigned to demo environments related environment. so I don’t think that is the issue. Anyway you solved it
