I deployed the workflow into Orchestrator and I have added the user and machine to the folder. If I start the job, its showing its in pending instead of executing.

Have you added Robot as role to your user ? And just double check if unattended settings have been done for the se
License is added as unattended. but I am not able to add roles.
If I click on add roles, it is showing like the above and if I select any or all of them its not updating
You need not select…int he previous window just type robot and you will find a role with that name already

Hey,
instead of creating a new role, as Anil suggested modify the existing role.
Also add Robot to the roles of your user.
Also delete any old pending jobs and start again.
