Hi,

Which robot do you want to use Attended or Unattended?
Anyway, it’s necessary to set up domain and username at user’s settings of Orchestrator if use machine key. Can you check it?

You are using a not supported Robot version (21.4.4).
You need to upgrade to a supported one.
After upgrading to a supporting version and if it is not working, provide this screenshot from Orchestrator → Tenant → Settings → Robot security

Also, provide the Orchestrator version.
