Why, I cannot drag and drop activities?

Hi, I can’t drag and drop the activities.
Many times I tried and also restart the Studio and system.
But still, I am phasing this problem.
Anyone have an idea about this.

Give a try by restarting Studio as Administrator right click start as Administrator) in case you got privilleged rights
