Why i cannot connect the bot

i try all the methods but still showing me as not connected
can someone let me know how to solve this issue

Please configure your machine on Orchestrator

And also check DomainName\username in robots page whether you entered correct or not.
To check this first open CMD prompt then type whoami . It will give you exact domainName and username and same write into robots page. It should be case sensitive.

Standard Authentication

Allow only connections with authentication tokens that never expire by clearing both authentication options on the Settings page > Security tab.

Allow both user authentication and robot key authentication
Enforce user authentication, disable robot key authentication
