Dears,

Why Form Activity Not Working Properly ?

When selecting Agree or Disagree I get same result ( Default Content) even thought I’m using switch activity inside “Create Form” to select desired value.

Note : Create Workflow attached for reference

Hi @Nithinkrishna , There is no error, the only issue is that I got same result " Deafult value in Switch Activity" whatever the selection I did.

Kindly check are you using proper arguments with field key mapping.

do not use “Agree” on the cases remove the "
