Why does UiPath Explorer Expert crash after start?

So I installed UiPath’s Explorer Expert.

After the installation I started it and it asked me to choose between the community version and the enterprise version. (I tried 32-bit and 64-bit version, same result)

But after clicking the “Community Version” button it freezes and nothing is going on.

Does anyone know why this happens or had a similar experience?

PS: I’m running Windows 10 Enterprise (10.0.177763), Intel Core i5-4570 CPU, 16gb RAM, x64-based PC.

Reinstall did not fix the problem.

Maybe i should mention that I installed it on my corporate pc. So could it be that explorer expert can’t handle proxy settings or anything like that?

Kindly check once whether any FIREWALL has WHITELISTED this app

The app is not whitelisted to my knowledge. But shouldn’t be blacklisted either.

I installed it on a different device where it’s working. So I can test it out.

And it is difficlt to change the WHITELIST of our company.
So could it be that explorer expert can’t handle proxy settings or anything like that?
