Why does the package not stand consistently in the Studio?

Hi,
When I am looking at an Activity like a database, but if it does not appear there, obviously I will go to the Package Manager then try to install and use. But the problem is when you try to open a new project the same package which you have just installed might not be there and you have to again install the same package to the other workflow!

This is very hard and taking time to especially for this extra installation

Do you all have an opinion about the same?

Actually, I can find the install studio file. By using manage package, I can install any activities. After doing that, if I create another scenario, the activities I installed are gone. I have no idea if this is standard function or not. Do I have to install activities which I wanna use each time I create new project?

Do let me know if you find any alternative.
