This is very frustrating as it is much more difficult to take notes while watching the videos. Is this just for me, or are there only Korean closed captioning for everyone else too? Thanks.

I understand the frustration, but you should always go for the newest version available which now is the v2018.3 training for Orchestrator, this one will have English CC available.
