Why calls to /api/Resource* fail in Orchestrator PaaS getting a Method Not Allowed message?
When receiving this error in PaaS hosted Orchestrator, it indicates that the Resource Catalogue Application was not installed, or properly configured.
These requests should leverage the Resource Catalog application.
Check if all the pre-requisites are met for this (.NET version, connections string, app settings, etc), if such app service is installed, and that the migrate-to-resource-Catalogue script was run, during the installation of the environment.
