Hi Team,

While sending mail to “User” id there are some cases in which Outlook shows multiple search results for one User Id. For robot it is difficult to identify the correct match out of multiple results hence throwing an Exception.

For e.g if abcd is the user id and there are 3 more users with same id, then we need to find out alias name which is unique for everyone and we can select a required user Id from the list and send a mail.

Can anyone suggest a solution to overcome from this problem?
