While sending an Email using 'send SMTP mail activity', why emails are bounced and sending fails

Hello All,

I want to send an email to a particular person using ‘send SMTP mail’ activity, but my emails are getting bounced. why ?

Can any one please help me out of this.

“getting bounced” doesn’t tell us anything. What exactly is happening? Be specific and detailed.

Hello @Pravin_Mandadi ,

What kind of bounce message you are receiving, bounce some message sometime we receive if the email id is not valid or disabled and also sometime due to the no space in the mail box we receives this message. So please elaborate what kind of message you are getting in response to be very specific.
