While running the script to upgrade Orchestrator on Azure, error "file is not downloaded" is thrown.

Root Cause: The FTP setting is not correct on the Azure configuration page.

Resolution:

  1. Set the FTP Status to Allow All
  2. Run the script again
  3. "FTP Status" setting in the APP SERVICE > Configuration > General Settings .
