While my job or process runs for 45 mins and I want to prepare the three excels for successful exception and pending entries from that run How to do that
Also I will be needing the few data columns from transaction

Add logic after Set Transaction status workflow invoke. At this place of REFramework you will get everything you required. You can write the details to a SharePoint excel file as well so it will be available in real time.
