While connecting to Terminal through IBM communicator session is getting disconnected

My requirement is to reach RITDA screen in terminal. On RITDA screen I need to perform entries and extract result in loop.

I have created two workflows

  1. To reach RITDA screen
  2. Perform entry and extraction of result in loop.

However once I reach the RITDA screen terminal gets disconnected.

I have tried unchecking close connection. It doesn’t work.

Do we need to do any setting in connection string.
