The RPA developer training on the Academy is based on UiPath Community Edition 2018.4, which we are supposed to download to do the training, except it is not available for download as only the latest stable version is offered.
What exactly are we supposed to use?

You should be able to work with academy training even with the newest version of Studio. In case something is not working you can always lower down each package version in Studio through Manage Packages menu 
Okay. Maybe someone should update the Academy to point to the latest version then, including the links to the documentation, which all link to old versions.
